Woolen Fabric MOQ: Clarify Article and Colour Scope
A minimum quantity is only useful when you know the article, colour and development conditions it refers to. Ask for the scope before planning the collection.

Read the unit and scope together
Fred publishes a reference of 500 metres per style, subject to fabric program confirmation. This is not written here as an unconditional minimum per colour. Ask how the actual proposed article, colour plan and development stage affect the applicable arrangement.
Keep article quantity, colour quantity and sample quantity separate in the enquiry. If the supplier uses “style” or “design”, clarify the meaning for your proposal. A total collection quantity does not automatically establish how individual colours will be handled.
Explain the collection plan before asking for an exception
List the number of garments or programs, the estimated metres and colour split, and which parts are still undecided. Mention whether the work is first-stage sampling, a trial program or a planned bulk order. That context lets Fred discuss the feasible route.
Do not assume that a photograph proves stock is available or that using an archived colour removes a development condition. Ask for current article and sample availability directly. Keep the proposed schedule and approval needs visible alongside the quantity.
Confirm the commercial basis in the reply
Ask for the applicable article and colour minimums, unit, sample arrangement and any conditions that affect the proposal. Keep those points with the quotation rather than remembering only its headline price or minimum. If the program changes, request a revised basis.
Use the brief to make the question specific: which references, what approximate total, how many colours and what next development stage? The site helps prepare that conversation. It does not accept orders, approve an exception or make a fixed MOQ promise for every fabric.
